From the outset, Southwark Council has adopted a partnership approach to the Bermondsey Spa regeneration, drawing on expertise from different sectors as the project unfolds.

Hyde is one of the largest housing association groups working in England, owning or managing over 30,000 homes in London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, the East of England and East Midlands. Other partners working with Southwark Council on projects within the regeneration area include local architects Levitt Bernstein and Weston Williamson as well as Spanish-based Idom. Property developers Blueprint Homes (a subsidiary of Wharf Developments), Urban Association UK and Circle Developments are also collaborating with the council at specific sites.
