Welcome to the Bermondsey Spa regeneration website.

The Vision 

When all regeneration sites in Bermondsey Spa are complete, it is intended that residents and visitors will benefit from more than 2,000 new homes (40% affordable), two new health centres, an NHS dental practice and pharmacy.  Bermondsey Spa will also have improved youth and play facilities, extra car sharing spaces and cycle parks, as well as new offices and shops.

What's Already Delivered/Happening 

Much of the regeneration has already happened in Bermondsey Spa, with sites A, T, E, H, J and D finished. Sites O, L, F, S, U and G are well underway. Bermondsey Spa Gardens is complete along with new play facilities, a refurbished churchyard at St James Church and a refurbished railway arch on Spa Road. There are still changes to come, however.

Awards 

Bermondsey Spa was recently shortlisted for the RICS Awards 2010 in the 'Regeneration' category. Bermondsey Spa won the Mayor's London Planning Awards 'Best New Place to Live' Award 2010 and 'The Best New Regeneration Project' in the Evening Standard's New Homes Award 2010.
